On Saturday, there were over 12 trailers, teasers and announcements from Marvel Studios  at the San Diego International Comic-Con (SDCC).

In the  new Avengers title, the Black Panther 2 trailer, and all the hype surrounding Captain America 4, it’s easy to miss  some Disney + series announcements.

But that’s not the case when it’s a fan’s favorite character played by a beloved actor who has returned to that role after years of fan campaigns.

That’s why Daredevil got his own series starring Charlie Cox and, despite being surrounded by such a big announcement, attracted the love of many fans.

One fan tweeted: “Charlie Cox Daredevil’s acquisition of the MCU  is absolutely insane. I haven’t seen  much attention to MCU characters since Spider-Man. ”

Marvel Studios announced at SDCC on Saturday  that Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio will replay their roles as Daredevil and Kingpin in a series of 18 episodes called Daredevil: Bone Again.

Both actors played the  first acclaimed and hit role in the Netflix series Daredevil, which ran for three seasons from 2015 to 2018.

As a bonus to fans, Daredevil also made a cameo appearance in the trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, which was released on Saturday.

Daredevil was part of a series of Marvel original shows  streamed on Netflix from 2015 to 2019.

Netflix shows are not considered part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a space dedicated to Disney + shows.
