Just a few weeks after a public pushback for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry new reality show, Netflix confirms one more time its interest for Royals by officially announcing the development of a new series following the prestigious house of Grimaldi, “House of Grimmaldi”.
The very simple teaser played only once on opening day was met by thundering applause from the crowd.
Developed as a Netflix originals series “House of Grimmaldi”s will debut in 2024 and illustrate the life of the royal family like never seen before on the silver screen.
“The teaser launch went really well, we absolutely wanted it to premiere here in Monaco and the crowd’s reaction to it was simply amazing. We couldn’t hope for a better start and are extremely eager to begin production ” commented Sylas Bondarenko at Netflix.
“We are beyond excited to produce this project, after endless conversations between Hollywood and Monaco for over a year and a half, we weren’t sure this would go through but we finally got the royal green light and this is incredibly exciting“ said Maxime Rancon at The Rancon Company.
House of Grimaldi is scheduled to begin production late 2023 and will arrive on subscriber’s screens at the end of the following year.
