The modern world with technological advancements and an increase in literacy has seen a huge wave of rising entrepreneurs. However, there is a misconception that becoming an entrepreneur is an easy task. But this isn’t true, entrepreneurship requires a lot of brainstorming, hard work, dedication, and will to achieve your goal. Therefore it is very important for new-age entrepreneurs to understand these fundamentals and proceed ahead. To shed more light on the topic today we have Alfred Dzadey, who is the founder and director of Real Property Ventures, a property investment and development company based in the UK.
Alfred has himself struggled a lot to reach the crescendo of the success he enjoys today. Shedding a light on the topic Alfred spoke- “ I think, first of all, one should have complete faith in him/herself that he/she can reach wherever they want. Believing in Yourself is important, people around you might be making thousands of dollars, but you need to wait for your moment, your opportunity where you can excel. I myself tried different things but I knew property investing was something I could really excel in.” The second one- “Set your goals high”, is really important, because if you set your goals too low, then you will never achieve anything significant. Setting big goals, forces you to think differently and operate at a higher level to achieve your goals.”
Alfred also says that one should never stop learning as it is a life-long process, he says that one not only learns from schools, colleges and books but life is the biggest teacher, each experience, each person in your life teaches you something, so never stop learning. He concludes by saying that- “There are no shortcuts to success, nothing but your hard work, focus and dedication matters, rest is all secondary, you need to combine these with your learnings and expertise to move in a positive direction.”
