Tracey currently serves as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at a company and is also a writer, model, influencer, and artist.
Isn’t it amazing to know and learn about all those people who go beyond boundaries to create a special place for themselves in their respective industries? We know about a few people who have done that even in life and have, in a true sense, emerged as influential personalities and people of power, instilling more hope, positivity, and motivation in others to be their best selves. We couldn’t help but notice the rise of one such high-performing individual and professional named Tracey Massoud from Beirut, Lebanon, who has been in ways more than one breaking norms and changing the mindsets of people about the stereotypes that exist in society.
Currently, the Lebanese talent serves as an astute Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Pernod Ricard based in the UAE, but over the years, she has emerged as a woman of multiple talents. Talking about her journey, Tracey Massoud recalls how things turned upside down when at 11 years of age, she lost all her hair due to a medical condition. After all the non-acceptance and trying varied things like wigs, she finally realized how essential it was to accept everything and take a step ahead to reconcile with herself. This today has turned her into one hell of a woman who is independent, intelligent, and works to alter the mindsets of people through her work. She launched her support group called Lebanese Lupus Association with the aim to spread more awareness and information to inspire change in the community, which is now a group of more than 20 people who fought the same medical condition. With this support group, she gives a platform to people suffering from the same to share with others their personal experiences.

The young talent today has created a success story for herself and has grown to be a model, writer, influencer, and artist as well. She participates in inclusive media ads and campaigns, writes in a magazine called “ACT,” is a self-taught painter, and is currently working on her own line of jewelry as an aspiring jewelry designer and writing a book. As a model and artist, she did a campaign for Adidas, which was selected in the top 20 (3rd) in the Middle East for 2021. She now looks unstoppable to do more in the coming years to influence more people with her work.
