Lebanese cuisine can compare to Greek food—which is always number 1 in the world’s healthiest cuisines. Like its Mediterranean counterpart, Lebanese food use vegetables and olive oil as the base component of every dish. Moreover, a good chef knows how to make a perfect blend of the ingredients and serve them accordingly. One great example of this is Chef Ali Sayed, an Executive Chef from Lebanon.
A chef must always be willing to try something new. Moreover, the creativity inspires a food’s taste and presentation, which is also hugely important to the overall dining experience. And this creativity needs to be passionate and everlasting, just like what Chef Ali offers.
Born in Lebanon, Chef Ali began learning cooking from her mother while he was just 9 years old. However, to explore this world, before leaving Lebanon, Chef Ali wanted to make sure that he attained enough of what Lebanon has to offer by working in different places inside the country.

He had worked for many restaurants in Lebanon, pulling long hours for an average pay. Despite the backbreaking work, he sought learning opportunities around every corner.
Ali has an experience of more than 22 years in the food and beverage industry till date. And now, he works as a production manager in ‘Hot Oven’ Dubai. Moreover, his work has been featured in several editorials as well.
The ethos behind Chef Ali’s cuisine is passionately described as being, and it is Ali’s combination of embracing the future, whilst giving a hearty nod to the past, that delivers the innovation, passion and quality which is very closely associated with the master chef. Despite all this, he insists on keeping everything simple and letting his cooking do the talking.
It is the complete dedication to his craft that sets Chef Ali apart. He will never be happy with his success, because there is always something new that he wants to achieve, and a new goal to strive for. Ali likes nothing better than to put a plate of food together and reflect. This is the moment that he most enjoys.
